Do you think GST rates finalized by the GST Council will help in India's smooth GST transition?

GST Council fixed the tax rates for several goods and services, during its meeting at Srinagar on May 18-19. It categorised 1,211 items in the proposed tax brackets, with 81% commodities falling below 28%. The Council also announced 4 rates for various services, while grandfathering majority of service tax exemptions under present regime.
