FinMin issues order extending due date for furnishing returns in GSTR-9, GSTR-9A and GSTR-8

FinMin extends the due date for furnishing annual returns in FORM GSTR-9, GSTR-9A and reconciliation statement in FORM GSTR-9C for the FY 2017-2018 till June 30, 2019; Also extends the due date for furnishing statement in FORM GSTR-8 (E-commerce Operators) for the months of October to December, 2018 upto January 31,2019; Further, extends due date for availing ITC on the invoices/debit notes relating to invoices issued during FY 2017-18  till the due date o...
