Madras HC (Division Bench) today via-video conferencing reverses Single Judge Order in case of Sutherland Global; Single Judge had earlier allowed  transition of Education Cess (EC), Secondary and Higher Education Cess (SHE Cess) and Krishi Kalyan Cess (KKC) into GST regime through the TRAN-1 Declaration; Order copy (around 134  pages) is awaited....
